PURPOSE: A system for changing a target IP in an ATM is provided to quickly return back to an existing BP(Branch Processor) server if failure occurs during transaction through a changed MCI(Multi Channel Integration) server, thereby stably transmitting a statement. CONSTITUTION: An interface unit(210) inputs the first start time. If the fist start time comes, a program driving controller(220) ends a program for a BP. The program driving controller drives a program for an MCI instead of the program for a BP. A failure checking unit(230) decides whether a selected failure condition is satisfied by the program for an MCI.
