<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a preset health-check time period of a monitoring-target device according to the maximum value of a response time period in a monitoring device. <P>SOLUTION: A delay-measurement-data transmitting part 31 transmits delay measurement data to a maximum-value extracting part 33 and each delay-measurement-data receiving part 41 of monitoring-target devices 2a-2c connected to each other by a communication line. After receiving response data from each response-data transmitting part 42 of the monitoring-target devices 2a-2c, a response-data receiving part 32 outputs the data to the maximum-value extracting part 33. The maximum-value extracting part 33 calculates a response time period from the delay measurement data and the response data for each monitoring-target device and extracts the response time period, having the maximum value, of the calculated response time period for each monitoring-target device. A comparison part 34 compares the maximum value of the response time period of the monitoring-target devices 2a-2c with a reference value predetermined for each monitoring-target device in a monitoring device 1 so as to set a health-check time period for each monitoring-target device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
