<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system enabling cooling by the use of outside air throughout the year. <P>SOLUTION: After precooled by a heat exchanger (evaporator) 3b of a heat pipe 3a as a heat carrying means, high-temperature exhaust air introduced to a precooling heat exchange part 3 via a ceiling space 5b is cooled to a set temperature by an evaporator 4a of an air conditioner 4, and is sent out to a double floor space 5c by an air blower 4c via a going side duct 7a. The sent-out air is blown out to cold aisle spaces 6a via a plurality of blowout ports 5f provided on a floor panel 5d, is sucked to each server rack, becomes high-temperature exhaust air after cooling each server 2a within the racks, and then, is discharged to hot aisle spaces 6b. The exhaust gas is further guided to the ceiling space 5b and is finally returned to the precooling heat exchange part 3.
