PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device which keeps film boiling phenomenon of ink stabilized and generates no fluctuation of discharge speed, discharge direction and discharge amount of ink even when energy inputted to an inkjet recording head is insufficient. SOLUTION: The inkjet recording device includes a nonejection nozzle detecting means for detecting a nonejection nozzle among ejection nozzles constituting an inkjet recording head, a drive condition detecting means for detecting a drive condition of the inkjet recording head when the nonejection nozzle is detected, and a change means which, when detecting that the drive condition is different from a drive condition stored in the inkjet recording head, rewrites the drive condition stored in the inkjet recording head, and changes a drive energy supplied when driving the inkjet recording head.
