<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road traffic information provision system for providing risk information for deciding accident risk or the like wherein a real-time road traffic situation is considered. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the road traffic information provision system, a risk level wherein the real-time road traffic situation is considered is decided, and the risk information based on a decision result thereof is provided. A road traffic control center 20 receives road traffic situation information transmitted from a road sensor 2 and vehicle behavior information collected from a roadside vehicle information collection part 3, creates risk level information of the road traffic situation based on comparison with model driving information, and provides it to a driver of an automobile 10.
