摘要 Method for excess pressure measurement is proposed, it is based on formation of directed flow of optical radiationis given range of wavelengths, with modulation of power by unknown in value pressure p, with transformation of power of modulated flux of optical radiationto voltage U, with its measurement and remembering with following determination of real pressure value pby equation of measurement. According to the invention first power of flux of optical radiationis modulated by pressure p, value of which is equal to value of atmospheric pressure p({p} = {p}), with transformation of power of first modulated flux of optical radiationto voltage U, one measures and remembers it, after that power of flux of optical radiationis modulated by pressure p, value of which is determined by condition {p} = 0,5{p} + {p}, one transforms power of second modulated flow of optical radiationto voltage U, with its measurement and determination, after that lower of flux of optical radiationis modulated by pressure p, value of which is determined by condition {p} = 0,5({p}-{p}) + {p}, where {p} – value of normalized pressure increment one transforms power of third modulated flux of optical radiationto voltage U, with its measurement and remembering, after that power of flux of optical radiationis modulated by pressure p, value of which is determined from condition {p} = 0,5({p} + {p}) + {p}, one transforms power of fourth modulated flux of optical radiationto voltageU, with its measurement and remembering, after that power of flux of optical radiationis modulated by pressure p, value of which is determined from condition {p} = 0,5{p} + {p}, where {p} – value of normalized pressure that from result of second measurement is set as close to value of pressure p, one transforms power of fifth modulated flux of optical radiationto voltage U, with its measurement and storage, after that power of flux of optical radiationis modulated with pressure p, value of which is determined from condition {p} = 0,5({p}-{p}) + {p}, power of the six modulated flux of optical radiationis transformed to voltage U, with measuring and remembering it, after that power of flux of optical radiationis modulated with pressure p, value of which is determined by condition {p} = 0,5({p} + {p}) + {p}, with transformation of power of seventh modulated flux of optical radiationto voltage U, with measurement and storing, and real value of unknown pressure pis determined according to equation of excess measurementswhere k= 1, k= 2,
