An ultrasonic activator of composite polymer suspension contains an airtight cylindrical container vertically mounted on shock absorbers with a horizontal membrane, shapers, a half-ball diaphragm with a magnetostrictive transducer and shut-off distributing valves placed in it. In addition, it contains an airtight sealed, vertically mounted cylindrical container with a bottom mounted on shock absorbers, equipped with a central outlet nozzle with a plug valve and a lid with central inlet nozzle with a plug valve, under which between circular and cushioning gaskets a diaphragm with holes along the periphery and a central hole is horizontally installed, on which from the top by large base a hollow conical shaper is secured centrally and rigidly, inside which at intervals additional diaphragms are horizontally located which are perforated by holes. |
