A device for surgical treatment of intraarticulate and multiple fractures of swivel hollow consists of elements of fixing of a basic frame to bone structures, connected among themselves by means of span bolsters and a screw core which is fixed on the span bolster, forming a femoral component.The elements for fixing of the basic frame are made in the form of Shants cores which on one side are fixed on one bolster, and bolster from the opposite sides are connected among themselves, forming the pelvic component in the form of a tent with a top directed ventrally and caudally, and together with a femoral component form athe basic frame in the form of a triangle with tops in places of introduction of support elements into bone structures, and the screw core is installed with the possibility of compulsory progress.
