PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide magnetic fine grains capable of adjusting an optional oleophilic molecule domain, and a method of manufacturing the same.

SOLUTION: The magnetic fine grains include a composite of a metal oxide and polyethylene imine, and the surface of the magnetic fine grain is modified by a temperature-sensitive polymer and oleophilic molecules. A composition contains the magnetic fine grains and amphipathic molecules, and forms a liposome-like structure in an aqueous solvent.
