PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display driver or the like that reduces the burden of a processing device.

SOLUTION: The display driver 10 for driving an electro-optical panel having a plurality of data lines includes: a memory circuit 522 storing a first image data and a second image data; a readout circuit 524 repeating to alternately readout the first image data and the second image data stored in the memory circuit and outputting the first image data or the second image data as a readout image data; and a driver circuit 550 driving the whole or part of the plurality of data lines based on the readout image data read by the readout circuit. The first image data and the second image data each includes at least one pixel data as a first pixel data or a second pixel data, wherein the first pixel data is different from the second pixel data.
