<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device in which deterioration of image quality can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: A still picture discriminating part 60 performing discrimination of whether pixels constituting an input present frame is a still picture pixel having the same pixel value as a pixel corresponding to immediate before frame or not changes a condition of over-drive based on discrimination of whether a pixel corresponding to the past frame is a still picture or not, which is performed for a pixel corresponding to receiving of input of data indicating a pixel value of the pixel constituting a frame of at least one past including the immediate before frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
