<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel in which a frame can be narrowed and detection accuracy of coordinate information can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: The touch panel 1 has a first substrate 2 including a coordinate input plane, a second substrate 3 disposed facing the first substrate, and a seal material 4 bonding both peripheral edges of the first and second substrates to dispose them facing each other with a predetermined gap provided therebetween, and enables input of coordinates of a position depressed on the coordinate input plane. The touch panel has a conductive film 3b provided on the second substrate and having translucency, first wires 10, 11 composed of a pair of metal thin films electrically connected to the conductive film, and a pair of second wires 8, 9 including metal thin films electrically connected to the pair of first wires via a conductive material 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
