PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main spindle device for automatically replacing tools, and preventing a cut powder from being deposited by a centrifugal force caused by the rotation of a main spindle. SOLUTION: A tool holder 4 and a draw bar 12 have a through-hole (a) extending in an axial direction. In the through-hole (a), a suction pipe 25 for sucking the cutting powder generated in machining is supported in a non-rotating state by a driving mechanism for driving the draw bar 12 in an unclamping direction.
