PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine for improving interest of a game and to obtain sufficient operation ratio even when a sub-game is played by playing the sub-game while progress of a main game is disabled. SOLUTION: A main controller 25 includes: a symbol stop display determining means 220 for determining whether or not stop display can be displayed in a prescribed display mode; a disabling means 130 for disabling progress of the main game on the condition that the stop display is in the prescribed display mode; and a disability canceling means 160 for canceling the state that the progress of the main game is disabled. A sub-controller 60 includes: a play time determining means 180 for acquiring a time for playing the main game required for playing the prescribed number of games to determine whether or not the time for play is within a preset time; a notification means 190 for notifying the player that the stop display is displayable in the display mode; and a sub-game control means 200 for playing a sub-game.
