PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily grasp actual use situation, to take developed water-saving measures, to enhance awareness of water-saving, and to easily collect monitor data. SOLUTION: A data transfer function Fc, by which monitor data Dm can be wirelessly transmitted by switching over to a data transfer mode by predetermined operation, is imparted to a faucet control part 3. The faucet control part 3 includes a remote controller R for wirelessly communicating with an automatic faucet device M. The remote controller R is provided with a remote control section 6 which receives the monitor data Dm from the faucet control part 3 switched over at least to the data transfer mode, and stores the received monitor data Dm in a memory 7.
