<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently receive packets when switching a connected communication device by a communication terminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A movement origin communication device 100a buffers a data packet destined to the communication terminal accompanying the deterioration in the condition of a connection with the communication terminal 300, the communication devices 100b and 100c which receive a search request from the communication terminal broadcast a transfer request packet requesting the transfer of the data packet destined to the communication terminal, and the movement origin communication device transfers the buffered data packet destined to the communication terminal to the communication device 100b to be a movement destination communication device on the basis of the transfer request packet. When receiving a connection request from the communication terminal, the movement destination communication device 100b transmits a connection response to establish a new connection, and thereafter transmits the data packet destined to the communication terminal transferred from the movement origin communication device to the communication terminal promptly.
