PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a required strength, and to further reduce a size, weight, and cost in a seat sliding device in which a cross section of a rail is asymmetric. SOLUTION: A lower rail 1 includes: a bottom wall 10; a sidewall 11; a top wall 12; and a downwardly hanging section 13. An upper rail 2 includes: a standing plate 20; a bottom plate 21; a side plate 22; and a second bottom plate 26. The standing plate 20 includes: a first standing plate 201 vertically provided; and a second standing plate 202 which is provided along the first standing plate 201 and thinner than the first standing plate 201. A rolling body 51 accommodated in a rolling body guide 51a is arranged between the bottom wall 10 and the bottom plate 21.
