<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste disposal plant in which no impermeable liner is damaged or broken down by weight of wastes. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a waste disposal plant 1, an impermeable liner 3 is applied on the inner face of a disposal place 2 for storing wastes 10, and a catchment/drainage pattern 5 is executed on the upper part of the impermeable liner 3. The catchment/drainage pattern 5 includes a catchment/drainage pipe 6 that is composed of a perforated pipe laid out in the upper part of the impermeable liner 3 and cobble stones 7 that are paved in a manner surrounding the catchment/drainage pipe 6 and that fix the pipe 6 on the upper part of the impermeable liner 3. The cobble stones 7 are formed in a shape having no pointing corners on the surface. Even with the weight of the wastes 10 added to the cobble stones 7, no impermeable liner 3 is damaged or broken down with the cobble stones 7.
