<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of recovering and recycling a waste superheated steam and its device for easily controlling a temperature of a continuous treatment housing in a circulation method of a waste superheated steam not by a fan, free from heat loss in accompany with latent heat of evaporation of condensed drain stored in the housing and exhausting, and effectively transferring heat to a work. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A suction pipe is connected with a suction header in the continuous treatment housing. The suction pipe is connected with a low pressure section of a diffuser to connect a superheated-steam generator at an upstream side of the diffuser, and connected with a superheated-steam header at an upstream side of the superheated-steam generator. The superheated steam released from a nozzle of the superheated-steam header is recovered to the suction header as the waste superheated-steam after treating a work on a conveyor. The waste superheated-steam in the treatment housing is effectively recovered by the suction header, sucked to the diffuser, mixed with the saturated steam from a saturated steam supply pipe, and recycled as the superheated steam by the superheated steam generator.
