<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a three-dimensional shape measurement system capable of correctly measuring three-dimensional shapes even when there exist obstructions around measured objects and a strength evaluation system capable of easily evaluating a strength from the measured three-dimensional shapes. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The three-dimensional shape measurement system comprises a surface shape measurement device 1 measuring a three-dimensional surface shape of a measured object; an inner shape measurement device 2 measuring a three-dimensional inner shape of the measured object; a nondestructive measurement device 3 measuring an inside state of structure material of the measured object; a point-group data conversion input-synthesis device 4 inputting and synthesizing the three-dimensional point-group data measured by the surface shape measurement device, the inner shape measurement device, and the nondestructive measurement device; and a three-dimensional shape conversion processing device 5 preparing a three-dimensional shape from the point-group data synthesized and processed by the point-group data conversion input-synthesis device.
