PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working fluid supply device for grinding an inner surface which is compact and has a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the working fluid supply device 4 for supplying working fluid to an outer peripheral surface 3 of an inner surface grinding grindstone 2 for grinding an inner peripheral surface 1a of a workpiece 1, a nozzle head 5 for supplying the working fluid has a sector shape when viewed from the axial direction of the grindstone. The nozzle head 5 includes an opening part opened to the inner surface grinding grindstone 2. The opening part includes an inner wall surface 7 along the outer peripheral part of the shaft of the grindstone, both side surfaces 8 along an end face of the grindstone, and flange parts 10 formed from both side surfaces toward the end face 9 of the grindstone.
