PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio device capable of transferring a packet by suppressing interference between a transfer signal and a reception signal. SOLUTION: A radio device (Add3) generates an emergency packet, and transmits the generated emergency packet by using a frequency channel f1 and a spreading code Code2. A radio device (Add2) transfers the emergency packet by using the frequency channel f1 and the spreading code Code2 after reception of the emergency packet from the radio device (Add3) is completed. A radio device (Add1) and a radio device (Add6) respectively transfer the emergency packet by using the frequency channel f1 and the spreading code Code2 after reception of the emergency packets from the radio device (Add2) and the radio device (Add1) is completed.
