A composition of packaged emulsion explosive comprises an active product in the form of an emulsion based on a mixture of solid components from a group of salts of nitric and sodium acid and liquid components from a group of combustible substances, an emulsifier and water and a base additive based on aqueous solution of solid components from the group of salts of nitric and sodium acid. Additionally it comprises the second base additive based on solutions of olefin polyesters in mineral oil.
