MOVABLE AUTOMATIC VEHICLE CLASSIFICATION

摘要

PURPOSE: A transportable traffic volume search apparatus is provided to confirm the traffic and car model of vehicles, a speed, and occupancy time by mixing a shaft detection sensor with a magnetic sensor, thereby installing a movable apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic sensor(20) is installed in the center of a road. A shaft sensor(30) is installed cross the road with a constant space in a driving direction. A controller(40) is connected to the magnetic sensor and the shaft detection sensor. The controller controls signals of all sensors and operates calculation for classifying a vehicle type. The shaft detection sensor is the half-length width of a road width. The magnetic sensor is installed in the center position of two shaft detection sensors. The shaft detection sensor is installed to be leaning to the part of one side of the road(10).
