摘要 <p>Disclosed are a ruthenium supported titania catalyst obtained by suspending anatase titania in a solution that contains trivalent ruthenium, after which a base is added to bring the pH of the solution to 8 or higher, and the ruthenium support that is produced is separated, and a manufacturing method therefor. Further disclosed are a method for manufacturing a carbonyl group-containing compound, a secondary alcohol racemization method, an alcohol oxidation method, and a method for reducing a carbonyl compound by means of a hydride transfer reaction which uses the obtained catalyst.</p>
