<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent recovery system and a solvent recovery method increasing the recovery ratio of a solvent evaporated from slurry in manufacturing electrodes, and suppressing discharge of the solvent. <P>SOLUTION: The solvent recovery system 10 includes a drying part 30 for evaporating the solvent contained in slurry 64 used for electrode manufacturing applied to a metal foil 63, a circulation part 27 circulating the evaporated solvent, and a recovery part 22 recovering the evaporated solvent. The circulation part communicates with a discharge port 35 and an air suction port 34 of the drying part, and returns the evaporated solvent discharged from the discharge port to the air suction port for circulating.
