<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensor, a method of manufacturing the same, and an office machine that includes the same. <P>SOLUTION: An image sensor includes unit pixels arranged in a matrix form, and each unit pixel includes a switching diode and a sensing diode. The switching diode includes a plus terminal electrically connected with a gate line and a minus terminal electrically connected with a signal node. The sensing diode includes a plus terminal electrically connected with a data line and a negative terminal electrically connected with a signal node.
