<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer behavior history collection system which automatically collects a customer behavior history not including banking system transactions, particularly to search for customers having a particular behavior history. <P>SOLUTION: The customer behavior history collection system 100 includes a non banking system behavior history collection device 1a, 1b provided in each affiliate office of a financial institution for collecting each customer's non banking system behavior history not including banking system transactions, and a behavior history collection server 2 for accumulating behavior information sent from the non banking system behavior history collection device.
