<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical semiconductor device excelling in linearity of outgoing light. <P>SOLUTION: The optical semiconductor device includes: a light-blocking base 13 having a recessed part 11, and a through-hole 12 formed on a bottom face of the recessed part 11; a light-emitting element 14 mounted on the bottom face of the recessed part 11 so that its light-emitting surface straddles the through-hole 12; a mount bed 15 mounted with the base 13 by facing the recessed part 11 thereto; a plurality of lead terminals 16 arranged around the mount bed 15 and electrically connected to the light-emitting element 14; and a translucent resin 17 for molding the mount bed 15, the base 13 and the light-emitting element 14 while extending the lead terminals 16 from a side face thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
