<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system of detecting a safety cover opened state, neutralization of the state by an operator being difficult. <P>SOLUTION: A component mounting apparatus includes: a moving device moving back and forth a mounting head in a head moving direction; a signal detecting device transmitting/receiving a detection signal to/from the mounting head in the head moving direction; a safety cover covering a mounting head moving area; a reflection pattern forming unit fixed to the safety cover in parallel with the head moving direction and having a detection signal reflecting area and a not-reflecting area disposed therein; a reflection mirror fixed to the mounting head such that the detection signal is incident on the reflection pattern forming unit and a signal reflected from the reflection pattern forming unit is incident on the signal detecting device; and a detecting unit detecting the safety cover opened state when a state in which the reflection signal is received or not received from the reflection pattern forming unit lasts for a time exceeding a set time during the movement of the mounting head. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
