<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray generator and an X-ray inspection device, capable of detecting breakage of an elastic member which buffers expansion and contraction of insulating oil, and determining whether the operation can be continued. <P>SOLUTION: The X-ray generator includes a container having an opening part, and enclosing and supporting an X-ray tube; a first insulating oil filled in the container, in which the X-ray tube is immersed and insulated; and a bellows attached to close the opening part. The X-ray generator further includes a storage device internally having a space formed by the outside of the opening part and the bellows, a first external container, a tube 18, and a second external container 19, in which a gas and a second insulating oil 20 are stored in the space. The second external container 19 includes a transparent part 19a through which the level of the second insulating oil 20 can be visually confirmed from the outside, and scales 19b<SB>1</SB>, 19b<SB>2</SB>, 19c<SB>1</SB>, 19c<SB>2</SB>, 19d<SB>1</SB>, and 19d<SB>2</SB>provided on sides of the transparent part 19a to read the level position of the second insulating oil 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
