<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection outer tube and a method of cleaning soil and groundwater, which allow a user to know progress state of cleaning treatment in a simple manner and which easily and surely carry out cleaning treatment of soil and groundwater. <P>SOLUTION: The injection outer tube 11 includes an outer tube 12, an inner tube 13, and a plurality of inlets 14a, 14b which are provided in multi steps and can be opened and closed by relatively moving the outer tube and the inner tube. The method of cleaning soil and groundwater includes the steps of: inserting the injection outer tube 11 into a well 15; fixing the injection outer tube with a filling material; inserting between a plurality of packers 18 an injection inner tube having jetting ports 19; opening the inlets; sealing a base opening; injecting a cleaning agent into soil through the jetting ports and the inlets by bulging out the packers after the sealing process; and sucking liquids or gases in the soil through the inlets and the jetting ports. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
