PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated sample processing device which simultaneously performs thermal processing of a lot of samples. SOLUTION: The sample processing device includes: a body including a first principal surface and a second principal surface; one or more fill reservoir structures arranged between the first principal surface and the second principal surface; a plurality of chamber structures formed on the first principal surface; a plurality of channels structure formed on the first principal surface; a plurality of compression structures projecting from the second principal surface; and a base sheet fixed to the first principal surface. Wherein, one or more fill reservoirs in the device are demarcated by the base sheet and one or more fill reservoir structures, a plurality of process chambers in the device are demarcated by the base sheet and a plurality of process chamber structure, and a plurality of channels in the device are demarcated by the base sheet and the plurality of channel structures. Wherein, each channel among a plurality of channels is fluid communicating with one or more filling reservoirs, and each process chamber among the plurality of process chambers is fluid communicating with at least one channel among the plurality of channels.
