PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems in a greenhouse cultivation method by an insect screening net as a means for easy and certain pesticide-free production, that it is difficult to improve efficiency of, to speed up, and to reduce cost of ventilation in a conventional structure, though it is desired to secure, to improve efficiency of, and to reduce cost of ventilation in the greenhouse culture with the insect screening net, and further it is difficult to supply and exhaust air through one ventilation fan. SOLUTION: A ventilation fan device for a building includes a house, an outer frame constituting a building frame of a factory, an inner frame disposed on the outer frame and projecting to inside and outside of the building, a ventilation fan supporting body pivoted at the inner frame, and the ventilation fan disposed on the ventilation fan supporting body, and is to be mounted on site. An axis disposed on the ventilation fan supporting body is pivoted on the inner frame, the ventilation fan supporting body or the axis is rotated through a driving means disposed on the inner frame, a lock mechanism is disposed between the ventilation fan supporting body and the inner frame, and the lock mechanism is automatically or manually locked or unlocked.
