<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record sufficient information relating to records of distributions as against a case where the present invention is not implemented. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A document distribution device accesses and logs in a reception-side device designated as a destination of a document to be processed and stores the document in the logged-in reception-side device.
