PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic polycarbonate resin composition having excellent light-diffusing performance, flame retardancy, and flowability. SOLUTION: The aromatic polycarbonate resin composition contains: 100 pts.wt. of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (A); 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a light-diffusing agent (B); 1.8-7.5 pts.wt. of a silicone resin (C), which contains 50 mol% or more of a unit represented by RSiO<SB>1.5</SB>(wherein R represents a monovalent 1C-12C hydrocarbon group) based on the total siloxane units (R<SB>0-3</SB>SiO<SB>2.0-0.5</SB>), and of which an aryl group in the total hydrocarbon group (R) contained accounts for 50 mol% or more; and 0.01-1 pts.wt. of an organic metal salt compound (D).
