CHLORINE-CONTAINING RESIN COMPOSITION WITH SUPPRESSED FOAMING FAILURE

A non-toxic chlorine-containing resin composition, particularly a non-toxic chlorine-containing resin composition for injection molding, which has practical physical properties, while preventing/suppressing flashes and silver streaks.  The chlorine-containing resin composition contains 100 parts by mass of a chlorine-containing resin and 0.01-5 parts by mass of an alkaline earth metal hydroxide which has a first coating layer on the surface.  The first coating layer contains 0.1-20% by mass of silica in terms of SiO2 per 100% by mass of an uncoated alkaline earth metal hydroxide.
