The invention relates to the molecules of nucleic acid, having nucleotide sequence, coding lysosomal protein human glucocerebrosidase, that is continuously connected with C-terminal vacuolar targeting signal and N-terminal signal peptide of endoplasmic reticulum, and to the processes for its preparation, and also to the plant cell, containing the mentioned molecule of nucleic acid. The invention also relates to the pharmaceutical compositions on the basis of given molecules of nucleic acid for treatment and prevention of Gaucher's disease. |
