A radio-wave sensor relates to radio engineering, in particular to transmit/receive modules and may be used in proximity sensors, protective signaling and automatic equipment. The radio-wave sencor comprises a dielectric substrate with a screen located on one side, a rectangular stripline radiator located on the other side, which is connected to a mixer and a self-oscillator. The sensor is additionally comprises elements which form a frequency demodulator having a high-Q oscillating system provided with two dielectric resonators. The technical result is increase of information content and sensitivity of the radio-wave sensor due to shaping auxiliary informative signal. |
