The user terminal sends a request for establishing color ring self-server service to a color ring service system via core network devices, the color ring service system triggers the self-server service after received the request, and receives the self-server service operation from the user terminal via the core network devices, and performs the process, and returns back the processed result to the user terminal via the core network devices to realize the self-server service. A color ring service system and core network devices for realizing color ring self-server service, the color service system is used for processing the color ring self-server service operation content of the user terminal, the core network devices for realizing the communication between the user terminal and the color ring service system.
