PURPOSE: A space saving bicycle parking apparatus is provided to improve space use efficiency by settling and raising a bicycle to certain height and keeping it in place. CONSTITUTION: A space saving bicycle parking apparatus(100) comprises a support stand(110), a plurality of bicycle stands(120), a plurality of lifting devices, and a cover. The support stand of constant height and length is fixed on a surface. The bicycle stands keep bicycles in place by holding the two wheels, and includes a parking plate with a fixing groove in which the wheels are seated and a locking member which stands on one side of the parking plate and fixes the front wheel. One side of the lifting device is hinged at certain height of the support stand and the other side is hinged on one side of the bicycle stand. The lifting device moves the bicycle stand up and down by pivoting around the hinge. The cover is installed on the top of the support stand to protect the bicycles kept in the bicycle stands. |
