<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating waste at low costs by effectively utilizing molten slug while making the waste harmless at an early stage after the termination of function as a waste disposal. SOLUTION: A vitreous and particulate molten slug 9 obtained by conducting the ashing treatment of waste as a treatment soil material such as a protective soil, an intermediate cover soil or a final cover soil of the waste disposal site 1, further calcinig the resulting ash waste at a high temperature, water- granulating, air-cooling and gradually cooling the same is used.</p> |
