The device has a filter housing (17) integrated into an exhaust gas line (3) of a burner. The housing is provided with a pores filter element (23) for filtering dust from exhaust gas of the burner, where the filter element is formed from stainless steel wool or fine pored ceramics. An ignition source (33) is arranged adjacent to an installation position of the filter element for releasing ignition events to ignite dust accumulated in the filter element. The housing has a bypass-exhaust path (27) including a soot latch (29) on a base of the housing. |
