PURPOSE: A system of monitoring or control for an led electric sign examination to locate remote area over real time are provided to monitor and control the current state of the LED bulletin board at remote place. CONSTITUTION: A real time monitoring system for an LED bulletin board includes a temperature sensor(11), a current sensor(12), a data traffic sensor(13), an LED pixel sensor(14), and a controller(18). The temperature sensor senses the temperature of the LED display panel(100). The current sensor detects a current supplied to the LED display panel. The data traffic sensor senses transmission data traffic for driving the LED display panel. The controller analyzes data from the sensor and transmits a current state of LED display panel to a management server(20), a portable terminal(21), or PC(22) through a mobile transmission module.
