The vehicle (1) has a movable platform (21) including support arm structures (32) on which a component module (2) i.e. aircraft engine (3), rests during conveyance and maintenance operations. The arm structures are movable relative to the platform such that the structures engage an active position in which the structures hold the component module and an inactive position in which the structures release the component module. The structures include receiving adapters (34) arranged in longitudinal and transverse directions of the platform in a position-changeable manner. |
