The device has a circuit arrangement with an adjustable filter (1) and controllable amplifier (2), where the device is arranged directly adjacent to a receiving antenna. The filter, amplifier and switch (3) are provided for changing a parameter e.g. bandwidth, and telecommunication signals to be received. The arrangement is connected with a remote control device (8) e.g. personal digital assistant (PDA). The filter is adjusted with respect to resonant frequency, quality and/or amplification of the frequency. A microprocessor (5) of the arrangement is connected with the remote control device.
