Fuel valve with two non-intersecting electro-magnetic flux paths and two axially aligned rotors on respective shafts

A valve assembly includes a valve rotor for modulating fuel flow through a valve housing, the rotor being a ferritic magnetic flux permeable material and rotates on a hollow shaft, with a pair of electromagnets 450a,450b for alternately latching the rotor in two magnetically latched positions. The magnetic flux paths on one side of the rotor (fig 42a) do not intersect with those on the other side (fig 42b). Two rotors (424a,424b fig 39) are each mounted on respective axially aligned shafts. A spring returns the rotor to a neutral position in-between the two latched positions.
