Described is a hinged base of cylindrical coupling designed to be used as support of posts reinforced with fibreglass of crossed circular section intended to re-establish aerial lines of electric power transmission, which have been damaged by extreme weather conditions, the invention comprising the following novel components: 16) a circular crossed section steel shirt for facilitating the coupling, since it allows the lower edge portion of the fibreglass-reinforced post to be housed therein. 17) Two cross-shaped tubes acting as axis and facilitating a spin of 80° in one direction and 90° in another direction so as to ease the elevation of the post. 18) Two disc-shaped plates with lubricant between the contact surfaces for reducing the friction between the pieces attached by the centre portion with an hexagonal head screw including a nut and a flat pulley wheel, which allow the same to rotate 360° over the longitudinal axis thereof for removing the torsion effect. 19) A structural arrangement of plates suitable to provide rigidity to the base plate and attach in a suitable manner the shirt, the cross and the disc-shaped plates.
