摘要 PURPOSE: A cross-sectional shape design method of a middle dice of a shape drawing process using an electric field interpretive method and a cross roller guide and a linear motion guide which are designed using the method are provided to enable an amateur to easily design the middle dice shape using an end-product shape and a total number of a path. CONSTITUTION: A cross-sectional shape design method of a middle dice of a shape drawing process using an electric field interpretive method comprises the following steps: calculating a minimum diameter of a circle contacting with a final shape of circle; deciding the diameter of initial material based on the minimum diameter of the circle; calculating a cross sectional area of the middle dice shape according to the number of a path of a drawing process; interpreting the electric field using electric potential of an initial shape and the final shape; deciding an equipotential line which is same as the calculated cross sectional area into the middle dice shape; performing a finite-element analysis about a potential value of the middle dice shape and the potential value of the final shape; evaluating measurement degree by calculating an underfill rate from a result of the finite element analysis; and deciding the shape of an anticipated potential value into the middle dice shape.
