PURPOSE: A heating pack and a content heating kit including the same are provided, which recycle the reactive gas and can heat the content arranged around the heating pack. CONSTITUTION: A heating pack comprises a pouch(110), a partitioning section(120), and a heater(130). The pouch has an receiving space and an opening communicating with the receiving space. The partitioning section is arranged within the pouch and divides the receiving space into the content receiving space and exothermic reaction occur. Moreover, the partitioning section makes the reactive gas flow into the content receiving space. The heater causes the exothermic reaction.
